Refund policy

What a Crock Meals does not accept returns of our products due to the health concerns involved with returning food.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product(s) you have received, please reach out to us by emailing help@whatacrockmeals.com or calling 484-474-0451.

 

Customers are able to make claims for missing or damaged meals within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds and exchanges are only available in the case that your meals were damaged or lost in shipping. In a situation that your meals were damaged in shipping, pictures of the damaged products may be required. In the case that your meals were lost in shipping, this must be verified by our courier and then we will reship your order.

If your return is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 7 days.

 

Gift cards are nonrefundable under any circumstance.
